1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email to: helioslampfactory@gmail.com or in writing to: Fabryka Żarówek HELIOS Sp. z o.o., 40-224 Katowice, ul. 1 Maja 11/13.
2. Return of goods
Goods must be returned to the seller's address no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
3. Refund
The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
5. Complaints and warranty
Fabryka Żarówek HELIOS Sp. z o.o. provides a warranty of:
- 1 year for incandescent light sources
- 2 years for other assortment
Complaints should be submitted immediately upon discovering a defect, no later than within the period of the applicable warranty. Complaints are processed within 14 working days from the date of submission.
6. Complaint procedure
To file a complaint, the following are required:
- a completed complaint form (available on the website)
- the purchase document number (invoice)
- careful packaging of the claimed goods
The claimed goods should be clean. Shipping costs for claimed goods, if using a carrier other than UPS or RABEN, are borne by the Sender.
